If you are an older adult or at high risk, please call ahead so that we may provide additional precautionary instruction such as having an associate meet you at your vehicle to retrieve your computer. For your convenience, we also offer remote service. A few easy steps can get support technicians connected to your computer to fix the problem without you ever leaving your home. We also offer on-site service in the Springfield area for your convenience.
